I. Enrollment
• Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Enrollment is completed through bank deposit (BPI/PNB or other banks provided)
• Students must submit the enrollment form (accessible from our website) along with proof of payment (bank deposit slip or PMO).
• The original deposit slip must be presented on the first day of class for the issuance of the official receipt.
• Students will be notified of their enrollment status via email or messenger upon receipt of payment.

II. Seat Assignment
• Seat numbers are assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Students are encouraged to arrive early for front-row seats.
• Priority seating will be given to students with vision or hearing impairments.

III. Section Preference
• Students must indicate a preference section for their class schedule in the enrollment form.
• Change of section may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
• Students wishing to be in the same class as friends/classmates should enroll together.
• Placement will be based on available slots

IV. REFUND OF REVIEW FEE (FOR ONLINE & FACE TO FACE REVIEW) AS OF OCT. 31, 2023
The admin fee (P5,000) is inclusive in the review fee. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the student has paid the full review fee and decides to cancel enrollment, the net refundable amount is shown in the table below:

The start of access to the asynchronous (self-paced) review materials is considered as the first day of review class. Students are given asynchronous (self-paced) review via google drive prior to their chosen f2f/live classes schedule.

V. Special Requests
• Requests to be placed in the same venue, section, or schedule with friends/classmates must be made in writing at the time of enrollment.
• If the request cannot be accommodated, students will be notified, and any payments will be refunded in full.

VI. Payment of Review Fee
• Review fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of class.
• Partially paid slots will be reassigned to waitlisted, fully paid applicants.
• No refunds will be issued for students who fail to complete payment. Their slot will be awarded to waitlisted enrollees.

VII. Extension of Payment
• Extensions may be granted upon formal request by a parent/guardian.
• No penalties or interest will be charged.
• However, if payment is not received by the extended deadline, the student will be removed from the roster of enrollees.

VIII. Dress Code
• LEARNFAST requires students to dress in a neat and presentable manner.
• Closed shoes are mandatory.
• Clothing that distracts others is not allowed.
• The dress code aims to encourage individuality through academic and personal achievements, not outward appearance.

IX. Proprietary Review Materials
• All review materials are confidential and proprietary.
• Students are strictly prohibited from:
– Copying, distributing, or transferring materials (digital or printed).
– Downloading Google Drive materials.
– Recording or videotaping class proceedings.
– Sharing review materials, practice tests, or problem sets with non-LEARNFAST students.
• Written consent from LEARNFAST is required for any reproduction or external use.

X. Punctuality and Discipline
• Students must demonstrate punctuality and discipline at all times.
• Disruptive behavior that may result in expulsion includes:
– Harassment
– Intoxication or drug use
– Theft or property damage
– Disrespect toward staff or teachers
– Lack of interest or consistently poor motivation
• Late arrivals will only be admitted during class breaks to avoid disruptions.

XI. Student Assessment
• LEARNFAST is committed to delivering high-quality review services.
• However, we do not guarantee a student’s success in national examinations.
• Personal effort and disciplined study habits are essential for achieving excellent results.
